Instructional coaches need to support all teachers, not only new and struggling ones. Growing teachers is what coaches do and the coaching cycle is how we do it. 

This month on The Coaching Podcast, we're talking about how to make a coaching cycle more effective and different ways to approach it. When you apply the ideas in the shows to your coaching cycles, you'll see changes in teachers and instruction.
